I had a fantastic experience at the Silverado resort. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the amenities provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. While my room was clean and had a nice rain shower, it could have been a bit larger for the price I paid. The dining options were excellent, enhancing the overall experience, but I did have a few hiccups with my reservation that were disappointing. Overall, I would definitely return for a rejuvenating getaway.

Fortunately, one staff member, Airyn, went above and beyond to ensure our stay turned into a delightful one. The setting is beautiful, and the rooms, although needing updates, were equipped with nice outdoor patios. However, inconsistent service and some room maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience.
